Partnership will reach estimated 21,000 veterans using legal medical cannabis
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – TheNewswire – April 12, 2023 – Global Compliance Applications Corp. (“GCAC” or the “Company”) (CSE:APP), (FSE:2FA), (OTC:FUAPF) is pleased to announce that it is launching its Citizen Green Program, with a new US veteran-focused app and Post Traumtic Growth online coaching in partnership with Veterans Ending the Stigma (V.E.T.S.) to help veterans in Ohio. The partnership will focus on providing education on the use of cannabis, share their treatment feedback with growers and brands and receive cannabis discount coupons, as allowed by Ohio law, for the purchase of cannabis. There are an estimated 752,000 Vets in Ohio and approximately 21,000 have registered with veteran status as medical cannabis patients.[1] There are approximately 17.7 million veterans in the United States. V.E.T.S., a 501(c)(3) organization, is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific and networking purposes. More specifically, its mission is to engage veterans, their families and the community on cannabis as a viable treatment option available to treat diseases and other symptoms veterans may be facing due to serving their country. Through education, networking and proper training, V.E.T.S gives veterans the tools they need to maintain a good quality of life. The app allows veterans to anonymously share their cannabis experiences for the benefit of other vets on a similar journey and in return earn discount coupons on their cannabis purchases. The Citizen Green discount couponing program is possible when cultivators attest their truthful product story on the Efixii blockchain and earn a tokenized reward. Rewards can be shared with cannabis retailers to help offset the cost of an NFT coupon discount for the veteran.[4] They will also be provided, free of charge, Post Traumtic Growth coaching online from former special forces, to learn how to use cannabis intentionally and honorably.
